For more than 20 years, helping companies get their Sales and Marketing strategy right has been part vocation and part mission for Tom.
He has developed his management, leadership, and sales skills in a variety of industries, and with companies of all sizes, including startups and Fortune 500.
Tom has received numerous awards and accolades during his career. He is a business professional with demonstrated results, as well as the ability to produce in high pressure situations.
He is a Co-Founder of Smarketing Connect and GrowthCraft, and the CEO of Diversified Sales Solutions, Inc., a firm that provides outsourced sales solutions.
Today, Tom uses his sales management and marketing experience to deliver interim management, training and coaching to small companies.

Since 2001, Ed has been a successful entrepreneur and multi-business owner who has a unique talent for developing and implementing winning email marketing campaigns, automated client acquisition systems and proven lead generation and sales funnels for companies of all sizes.
He is the author of 4 marketing strategy books including the Amazon Best Sellers Build And Monetize Your Email List and Client Acquisition Marketing.
Ed is a Marketing Strategy Advisor who has taught marketing seminars and workshops to thousands of B2B consultants and company owners throughout the United States.
Currently, Ed/s focuses on helping small companies increase their revenue through the strategic planning and implementation for marketing business systems.
